Current piercings:
Ear
Tounge
Septum
Lip/'Fang'
Left nipple
Prince Albert
Lower lip/Labret

Removed piercings:
Piercing
Reason
2 nostrils
To 'clean' up my nose, make it more symmetrical (had 3 in one, one in the other).
2 nostrils
Was bored with them, and I needed one of the rings for a new piercing, namely the 'fang'.
Scrumper/Theo
Done too shallow, migrated. It also got covered with plaque quickly.
Frenum/
Frenulum
Interfered when I did my PA, and it stayed out when the PA healed. Never felt the need to put it back.
Misc. cartilage
I never have the patience to heal cart. piercings, and I've had quite a few. I don't think the pain is worth it.
Lorum
(lower frenulum)
Didn't heal over a 4 week period, took it out and forgot all about it.
Right nipple
The first piercing I did myself (with a 19g needle..), stretched to 10g, it stayed in for over a year before it migrated to such an extent that every sudden movement was painful. Waiting for the hole to close up so I can do it again.
Left nipple
Done in a wrong angle, now redone.
Second right nipple
This was done vertically, behind the first piercing. The bottom was slightly twisted toward my stomach, so I removed it after a few days.
Navel
Had it for about three weeks, and decided that it wasn't very 'me'. It hadn't stopped being painful at that time either.

Warning!
All of these piercings are, with two exceptions, done by myself. If you don't know the first thing about piercing, DO NOT pierce yourself. Go to a professional, they usually know their stuff. As you can see above, I've had a very high failing-rate on the piercings I've done, though this is mostly because of improper jewellery, lack of equipment, etc. If you have the neccessary stuff and knowledge, go ahead and do it, but use a safety-pin and a silver ear-ring, and you will fail. Horribly.
